Jet Remote is a native iPad application that allows you to control devices running KVM hardware over your local network or via the cloud relay. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what information Jet Remote collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
The short version: Jet Remote does not collect personal data, does not run its own servers, and does not sell or share your information with anyone. Almost everything stays on your device.
Jet Remote stores the following data locally on your iPad:
If you have iCloud enabled on your device, Jet Remote uses Apple iCloud (CloudKit) to sync your saved device list across your Apple devices. This sync is handled entirely by Apple. Jet Remote does not have access to your iCloud data outside of the app itself. Apple's privacy policy governs how iCloud stores and transmits this data: apple.com/legal/privacy.
You can disable iCloud sync for Jet Remote at any time in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud on your device.
Jet Remote communicates directly between your iPad and your KVM hardware. This traffic stays on your local network when using a local connection. When using the cloud relay, traffic is routed through KVM's infrastructure. Jet Remote does not intercept, log, or store any of this traffic.
Jet Remote does not operate any relay servers, analytics endpoints, or telemetry pipelines.
If you choose to sign in with the cloud relay, your credentials are passed directly to KVM's authentication servers and stored in your device's Keychain. Jet Remote does not receive or store your the cloud relay account credentials on any external server. KVM's own privacy policy applies to any data you share with their service.

If you use the support contact form on this website, your name, email address, and message are transmitted via EmailJS to deliver your message to our support inbox. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not stored beyond what is necessary for that purpose. EmailJS's privacy policy can be found at emailjs.com.
Jet Remote does not include any third-party analytics SDKs, crash reporting services, advertising SDKs, or tracking pixels. No usage data is collected or sent anywhere.
Jet Remote is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
